Shipping & Returns

We have kept our Shipping Rates easy to understand with our Flat Rate Shipping. These shipping rates vary depending on the dollar size of your order. 

You also have the option, if desired, to choose expedited services such as Next Day Air, Second Day Air and Three-Day Select for an addtional charge. Expedited services are carried out at the time of shipment. For example if our factory takes 48 hours to ship an item, and you select 2nd Day Air, it will be delivered 2 days from the day it ships so you can have your service dog vest and other dog apparel in no-time! If you order something with Overnight Shipping, please do not expect it to be delivered tomorrow - we still have to manufacture and prepare the item for shipment and then it will ship via Overnight. Also, FedEx does NOT count the weekend part of their travel time.

Important Note: All orders valued at, or above, $100 USD will be shipped SIGNATURE REQUIRED.

IMPORTANT NOTE: because of our vast selection, sometimes our orders will ship out in multiple shipments to get your items to you faster. We never charge you more shipping in these instances .


We ship our products anywhere in the United States (all 50 states). For orders shipping to Alaska or Hawaii, we do NOT charge extra shipping charges.

Orders outside of the United States do not qualify for Free Shipping.

We also ship to Canada. Petjoy has no control, however, over duties or customs fees and we do not pay those fees. Any duties, taxes and/or customs fees will be your responsibility. If you are unsure about them please check with your country for this information. 

Ruff Wear brand products are not able to be shipped outside the United States.

All orders are usually shipped within 3 business days after ordering unless the item is backordered. Remember, our Working Dog and Service Dog vests are made to order on a custom basis and can take from 3 to 7 business days to ship depending on which model vest you have ordered. In the case where the item is NOT available to ship within its specified time frame, you will be contacted via the e-mail address you have provided to determine how we should proceed with your order.

Ground shipping carriers that we may use at our discretion include U.S. Postal and FedEx. Second day and overnight shipping are available, via FedEx, for an additional charge. 

PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU ALWAYS REVIEW YOUR SHIPMENT FOR DAMAGE WITHIN 24 HOURS OF RECEIVING YOUR PRODUCT!! If items are damaged in shipping, the PURCHASER must contact the shipping company within 24 hours of receipt to submit a claim for the damage. Also, please contact Petjoy to let us know you have submitted a claim with the carrier.

Since all orders are shipped ground, (unless otherwise specified or informed), we will always try to have a tracking number for you to provide shipping information about your order. We will forward the tracking number to the e-mail address you provided at the time you placed your order. If no e-mail address is provided, we will not be able to provide you with a tracking number.

When the carrier has delivered the products to your location, (this is determined by seeing that the tracking information has a "delivered" status), Petjoy cannot be held liable or responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged goods. As stated above, the Purchaser must contact the local shipper's office in your city or town to report the problem and follow the proper claim procedures. Once you have done so, let us know the claim number they have provided to you.

Products ordered that are not deliverable due to incorrect addresses provided or if the person placing the order has moved or is moving and has not contacted us with the update or if the freight company is unable to make contact with the recipient in order to deliver ordered products or if the shipment is refused at delivery without prior notification to Petjoy, will be charged for all shipping charges and restocking fees (35%) incurred by us. These charges include the shipping to the provided address and the return charges to our facility and any applicable restocking fees (35%). The maximum credit that will be processed in this scenario is the original price charged minus the to and from shipping charges incurred, minus restocking fees.

IMPORTANT: CLOTHING THAT IS RETURNED MUST BE FREE OF ALL DOG HAIR, ODOR AND STAINS. IT MUST ALSO INCLUDE ORIGINAL TAGS WHERE APPLICABLE - THAT MEANS BRAND NEW, AND NEVER WORN. IF YOUR RETURN ARRIVES WITH DOG HAIR, ODORS OR STAINS, MISSING TAGS OR ANY OTHER SIGNS OF WEAR, NO REFUND WILL BE ISSUED. THIS IS STRICTLY ENFORCED DUE TO OBVIOUS HYGENIC ISSUES. IN ORDER TO INSURE A PROPER REFUND, MAKE SURE YOUR ITEM IS IN BRAND NEW CONDITION. 

IMPORTANT SERVICE DOG/WORKING DOG VEST RETURN POLICY:
We have dubbed this return policy as our "Prom Dress Return Policy" to help combat fraudulent Service Dog Gear purchases. Just like some may purchase a prom dress, use it for one night and try to return it, we have noticed some folks may do the same with their Service Dog Vest. They may need a vest to misrepresent their dog as a Service Dog for a single flight and then try to return the vest. All Service Dog Vests may be returned for exchange only for another Service Dog Vest due to measuring wrong, etc. We will always help you get what you need - excellence in customer service is our focus. We refuse, however, to aid in fraudulent practices and this policy helps mitigate that problem. Once again, there will be no refunds on Service Dog Vests - only exchanges for a different size. Custom vests cannot be exchanged or returned

Petjoy-Wiredog will replace via ground shipping, any product (see Service Dog Vests exception above) which within the following 30 day product warranty period; Petjoy-Wiredog products have a full 30 day, 100% satisfaction guarantee (food, treats, consumables, special orders and clearance items do NOT apply. Beds also do NOT apply due to health concerns). As noted above, all SERVICE DOG/WORKING DOG Equipment can only be returned in new, resalable condition for EXCHANGE ONLY.

Returned products must be sent back in the exact condition you received them in. Any applicable tags must still be on the product.

PETJOY-WIREDOG AND PURCHASER AGREE THAT IN CONSIDERATION OF THE ABOVE EXPRESS WARRANTY, ALL OTHER WARRANTIES OTHER THAN TITLE, EITHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, WHETHER ARISING UNDER LAW OR EQUITY, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE ARE EXCLUDED FROM THIS CONTRACT.

The sole liability of Petjoy-Wiredog and the exclusive remedy of the Purchaser arising out of the manufacture, sale or furnishing of the products hereunder or its use, on warranties or otherwise, shall be limited to the cost of replacement of defective products as herein specified. Further Petjoy-Wiredog's maximum liability hereunder, arising from any cause whatsoever, including but not limited to breach of contract or tort (including negligence), shall not exceed the contract price of the products furnished hereunder. 

When returning a product, you are also responsible for the shipping cost to return the item(s) to us. For your protection, you may want to insure the return shipment as we will not be held responsible for the condition of the products being returned or for lost or misdirected items shipped back to us. YOU MUST CONTACT US FOR A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER, INSTRUCTIONS AND SHIPPING ADDRESS BEFORE RETURNING ANY PRODUCT.
