Just wanted to let you know the shipment arrived promptly and as promised. The Cold Weather Coat and matching Paw Mitts are a perfect fit---and the mitts do STAY ON, even when our dog is running full tilt after his Frisbee. We must have tried a dozen other styles, and they usually lasted a minute and a half before his hind feet slid out. The quality of the material and construction of both is simply superb. Your excellent ID cards and heavy-duty patches convey perfectly the messages we need to eliminate the rare, but exasperating, confrontations. Incidentally, Josh, some of the chain-stores in the area are starting to post "WELCOME SERVICE ANIMALS" signs, along with a short explanatory blurb so the "man-on-the-street" can figure out what a service animal is!!! If you wish, please use any or all of what I have written as positive feedback.

Hi Josh, I just got the padded harnesses and the pulling leads. They exceeded my expectations. I am glad I went with an unusual color it pops. The pulling lead is nice because it is short enough that they could where it around the house to help with things and they wouldn't get tangled in it. Good products.

Josh: We returned home last night. Could not let today go by without saying Thank You! The vest was there when we arrived at the hotel. Teddy looked great for dinner with my son on Saturday. No one at the restaurant questioned him. In fact he was a hit every place we went. Almost no one has seen a chihuahua service dog before. The tag really works well. We place it on his vest or carry pack (just like a backpack only it goes in front). When go into a restaurant my husband takes off the pack and the dog stays in the pouch. He puts it on the chair next to him and attaches it to the back of the chair. Teddy usually curls up in it and goes to sleep while we eat. He has been trained not expect anything from the dinner table. We went into one restaurant and when the hostess seated us the people at the next table said that dog shouldn't be in here. Before we could say anything the hostess said " He is a service dog. He's allowed here. I saw his ID tag." After dinner when the waitress gave us the bill and we got up to leave she was surprised to see the dog. Teddy slept through the whole meal and she never saw him. Things went so well that we decided to add another stop to our trip. Teddy with his vest and tag made a big hit there too. If you have a business card send a copy and I'll print a few so I can give them out when people ask.
