Warranty and Return Policy
 
IMPORTANT: CLOTHING THAT IS RETURNED MUST BE FREE OF ALL DOG HAIR, ODOR AND STAINS.  IT MUST ALSO INCLUDE ORIGINAL TAGS WHERE APPLICABLE.  IF YOUR RETURN ARRIVES WITH DOG HAIR, ODORS OR STAINS, NO REFUND WILL BE ISSUED AND THE GARMENT(S) WILL BE DONATED TO THE LOCAL RESCUE.  IN ORDER TO INSURE A PROPER REFUND, MAKE SURE YOUR ITEM IS IN BRAND NEW CONDITION. 
 
Petjoy-Wiredog will replace via ground shipping, any product which within the following 30 day product warranty period; Petjoy-Wiredog products have a full 30 day, 100% satisfaction guarantee (food, treats, consumables, special orders and clearance items do NOT apply.  Beds also do NOT apply due to health concerns).

PETJOY-WIREDOG AND PURCHASER AGREE THAT IN CONSIDERATION OF THE ABOVE EXPRESS WARRANTY, ALL OTHER WARRANTIES OTHER THAN TITLE, EITHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, WHETHER ARISING UNDER LAW OR EQUITY, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE ARE EXCLUDED FROM THIS CONTRACT.

The sole liability of Petjoy-Wiredog and the exclusive remedy of the Purchaser arising out of the manufacture, sale or furnishing of the products hereunder or its use, on warranties or otherwise, shall be limited to the cost of replacement of defective products as herein specified. Further Petjoy-Wiredog's maximum liability hereunder, arising from any cause whatsoever, including but not limited to breach of contract or tort (including negligence), shall not exceed the contract price of the products furnished hereunder.
 
Petjoy-Wiredog products have a full 30 day, 100% satisfaction guarantee (food, treats, damaged goods, clearance items, special order items andconsumables do NOT apply).
 
When returning a product, you are also responsible for the shipping cost to return the item(s) to us. For your protection, you may want to insure the return shipment as we will not be held responsible for the condition of the products being returned or for lost or misdirected items shipped back to us.  YOU MUST CONTACT US FOR A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER, INSTRUCTIONS AND SHIPPING ADDRESS BEFORE RETURNING ANY PRODUCT.

Once the returned product(s) have been received and inspected by Petjoy-Wiredog for damage, your refund will be processed using the same purchase method used to acquire the item(s). If second day or overnight shipping charges are applicable to your order, those charges will not be refunded.
 
UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES ARE RETURNS ACCEPTED ON SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS, CUSTOM ORDERS OR CLEARANCE ITEMS!
