Description   This simple and very effective reagent from the Lynn Peavey Compnay is recommended for use on papers and porous surfaces such as cardboard, raw wood, plasterboard, wall coverings, etc.  Items treated with DFO often give 2 - 3 times more print development than if treated with Ninhydrin alone. It can be sprayed on or dipped into. Reacts with amino acids in latent fingerprints and requires fluorescent examination after use.  Will dectect fingerprints that are several years old!
