The Preset eye-bolts are located on top for each A.K.C. height and allow instant changes from one height to another. Turnbuckle on top of tire allows minor height adjustments when exact height measurement is required. The aluminum frame is designed so that the four feet attach or disassemble with only four bolts and wing nuts. The outer frame is two sections, with the top section simply sliding down onto the bottom section on both sides.
